'Nice Cup of Tea' Really Does Ease Stress

A new study published in the journal
Psychopharmacology indicates that plain black tea may actually alleviate stress.
Londoners who drank black tea produced less of the stress hormone cortisol after exposure to stressful situations than those who drank a tea substitute, researchers discovered, and it took them less time to unwind. |
