L-Carnitine Gives Centenarians Physical, Mental Boost

In a study involving 66 participants aged 100 years or older, those who took a daily dose of the nutritional supplement L-Carnitine gained muscle, lost fat, and experienced noticeable improvements in their physical and mental stamina compared to those who took a placebo.
