Congressional Democrats Saturday used their weekly radio message to again push for passage of the national children's healthcare program known as SCHIP. Senate Finance Chairman Max Baucus, D-Mont., told a story about how the State Children's Health Insurance Program helped when two children in a Montana family suffered injuries. |
